3.1 Timber cladding, doors, flooring, trims, battens, architraves and any exposed or painted/sealed timbers will be stagger stacked in a protected location on site for 28 days prior to installation.
3.2 Timber will not be installed either internally or externally unless the moisture content is tested and recorded at 10-14% across all timber pieces (see Material Moisture policy)
3.3 Timber will not be stored on site directly on the ground or within the vicinity of any wet or water laden areas.
