5.1 Provide the following as a minimum at Hand Over to the Client to ensure responsibility and liability for maintenance is transferred fully at the appropriate time.

• Full operating instructions.
• Commission data and as built
• Written details of servicing frequencies including flushing of condensate lines and cleaning of filters. Warranty life will be included in this document.
• Warranty documents in case of failure and contact details.
• Written details of the optimum operating temperatures and the consequences of running the units outside these parameters. I.e.: Running units below 21 degrees will cause excessive condensation and possibly cause the coil to freeze.
• Washing instructions/recoating protective films advice

5.2 Provide user training on completion/handover.

5.3 Periodically review maintenance records post completion to ensure the correct defects liability maintenance is being undertaken.
