8.1 Pools manuals must be provided at the time of handover. And must include:

• Pump and filter maintenance,
• Pool water level and balance details,
• Water testing frequency,
• Maintenance of the pool pump room/area i.e.: cleaning,
• All equipment warranties and warranty conditions,
• Pool fence and pool gate maintenance,
• Details with respect to maintaining silicone seals and any clear finishes,
• Light globe replacement details,
• Hydrostatic value maintenance when necessary,
• Pool pump installer and or warranty technicians details,
• Confined space details and advice as required under the WPHS Act.
• Form 16s for the fence supply and install,
• Form 11 including reference to the pool.
• Pool Safety Certificate,
• Operating instructions and details,
• Demonstrate the use of disabled access where applicable.

8.2 The pool must be handed over demonstrating the general use, backwashing, operation of the pump and filter system and any other matters relevant to the proper and safe operation and use of the pool.

8.3 Stainless steel in exposed areas can be protected/cleaned by using products such as B5301 or similar products that greatly reduce the stains.
