Job Setup and Records
Set up the job using the standard Job File Index – it’s important we use the same file structure across projects with minimal departures for accurate records and interchange of company members/access within the company.
Records (emails, photos, registers etc) need to be progressively saved to the job folder and are typically completed using YYMMDD Description of the record

Make sure you take progressive and final photos/site time-lapse records or webcam/3D scans (Matador or similar) of all aspects of the works – these records are critical.

Where Aconex or similar is used, develop a project specific management plan to confirm the changes to the use of the Job File Index for affected files.
