Where the project falls into the criteria set by the Services Team (project value / complexity as per the new projects send out email), the Project Team are to engage with the Services Team for support on the project to determine the level of support required.

If the Project team is unfamiliar with the services, the project is $50m or greater, or the project is complex, the Services team are to review with the Project team to determine required involvement

Environmentally Sustainable Design (ESD) Projects
Where the project is required to achieve an ESD rating (Greenstar or other formal rating), the Project Team will coordinate with the Services Team to determine the level of support required.
