Government Performance Ratings on Projects
On projects where there is a government rating system for the contractor performance, the Project Team needs to thoroughly review the criteria and build in controls into the QMP and associated plans to ensure good ratings are achieved when the government conduct these ratings.

The Team Leader / Project Team will conduct regular reviews of the Project Team performance to ensure a consistent approach is adopted and any issues are resolved as early as possible to avoid client satisfaction being down rated.

Careful selection of the people involved in these projects to communicate and work well collaboratively with the designated government people is critical.

Strata Building Bond and Inspections Scheme (NSW 2% Developer Bonds)
Where a project falls under the Strata Bond and Inspections Scheme (NSW), the Team Leader and Project Team needs to thoroughly review the legislation and ensure a Quality resource is allocated to the project for additional focus on the building quality.

General
With the project specific controls / documents in place, the Project Team need to ensure all Hutchies’ people, suppliers and subcontractors are aware of and are contracted to the controls being used so there are no surprises down the track.
